PROGRAM EVALUATION
The Program Evaluation is a type of assessment designed to gather feedback on a program, project, or process during its development or early stages of implementation. The goal is to provide actionable insights that help improve the effectiveness and quality of the program before it is fully completed or scaled.

The Program Evaluation is comprised of six services described below: Formative Evaluation, Summative Evaluation, Process Evaluation, and Impact Evaluation.​

Formative Evaluation: Assess program implementation and progress to provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Summative Evaluation: Measure the overall effectiveness and impact of programs to determine success in achieving intended goals.

Process Evaluation: Examine the internal workings of programs, including participant engagement, resource allocation, and fidelity to design.

Impact Evaluation: Identify and measure the long-term outcomes and broader social impacts of programs, informing future planning and scaling​
