Dr. Griff's Story
Dr. Griff is a highly experienced program evaluator, and evaluation methods, learning and development specialist. She has instructional design, training facilitation, educational advising, and knowledge management expertise. With over 25 years of experience in humanitarian administration, a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership, and master’s in Adult Education and Human Resource Development, she is equipped to improve organizational processes in the United States and Haiti. This includes designing training programs, implementing new learning strategies, and facilitating knowledge sharing through evidence-based programming. She is also a Professional Development Coach for NGOs and institutions in Haiti.
Dr. Griff has more than 20 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation. She is skilled in strategic planning and designing scorecards to track and measure institutional effectiveness. Additionally, she has expertise in the theory of change models. Her experience includes direct involvement in these areas.

Dr. Griff has successfully coordinated research evaluations funded by USAID. These evaluations were large, multi-sectoral, and interdisciplinary. One example is the NORC Research Technical and Assistance Center (RTAC) Mid-Program Evaluation. Dr. Griff identified participants from the RTAC partner pool in Africa, Asia, and the Latin American Region in this evaluation.
